Mug Cake
Great for when you are craving something chocolate!
Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp. milk
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon cookie butter
Instructions
- Blend everything but the mint until smooth.
- Add more vodka + simple syrup if too thick, more ice if too watery.
- When it's a good consistency, throw 2 sprigs of mint in the blender and blend till there are mint flecks (don't blend till it's green).
- Pour and garnish with the 2 leftover sprigs of mint!
