A recipe for you
Cooking is one of my passions, so here's a recipe of the day/week/year (or whenever I update it next):
Frozen Moscow Mule
A fresh summer drank for two people.
Ingredients
- 4 limes
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 4 oz vodka
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1 nug of fresh ginger (1 inch)
- 4 sprigs of mint
Instructions
- Blend everything but the mint until smooth.
- Add more vodka + simple syrup if too thick, more ice if too watery.
- When it's a good consistency, throw 2 sprigs of mint in the blender and blend till there are mint flecks (don't blend till it's green).
- Pour and garnish with the 2 leftover sprigs of mint!
